As a new intern in the office, I delighted both was and worried to start my new work. I recognized that I had a whole lot to learn more about the firm, the office team, and the politics at play. Being the newbie, I was well mindful that I was at the bottom of the symbol pole, and that I needed to strive to prove myself and gain the respect of my coworkers. I quickly found out that she was a no-nonsense type of person, and that she expected me to be resourceful and reliable in completing my tasks.
